The problem of back pain among employees

More and more employees suffer from back pain, headaches, vision problems, as well as other health ailments related to lack of exercise, such as obesity or trouble concentrating. Such problems affect employee efficiency and productivity, which in turn leads to a decline in company profits.
From interviews with patients, I know that they most often report difficulties such as back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, circulation problems, as well as stress, which is a common phenomenon among employees.

Solution - an in-house chiropractor who knows HVLA techniques

Hear a person, find out where and why their back, arms or legs hurt, skillfully select treatments and exercises to quickly improve the quality of employees' functioning - this is my task as a chiropractor who will visit your studios during working hours.
The way I work allows me to perform a treatment in comfortable conditions, without having to take off my clothes, which takes away 70% of the pain caused by muscle tension or blocked joints in 10-15 minutes.
It may happen that during the interview the patient indicates a condition that is a contraindication to the procedure, then the chiropractor has the right to refuse to perform it.

Cooperation models

MODEL I

The employer contracts the number of treatments in a given month, financing 60% of their value, the remaining 40% is paid by employees from their own pockets. Treatments are carried out during working hours at the employer's premises.

MODEL II

The employer purchases a pool of treatments that employees will be able to use on a monthly basis, the chiropractor arrives on agreed days of the week at a specific time and performs the treatments for a specified period of time. Settled at the end of the month by invoice.

MODEL III

The employer purchases or co-finances treatments in the form of vouchers to be used in a given month. Employees can use them by going to the office at Tetmajera 58a/2 and booking an appointment in advance via the booksy application

What might this look like? - case study

Imagine the situation: a small IT company employs about 30 qualified specialists and programmers. Each of them spends 8 to 10 hours a day sitting in front of the computer. The HR department decided that their health was the most important and... gave them the opportunity to use sports cards. Most happily decided to take part in this project, but only about 10% of them regularly use gyms, swimming pools or saunas. After a year of having such a benefit, the health of some of the crew deteriorated. More frequent home office caused by back pain, more and more frequent headaches and general weakness of the body, and thus a decrease in effectiveness, motivation and self-esteem.
Mrs. Ania from the HR department walked around the office and assessed that none of her employees were sitting straight - as they said during the occupational health and safety training, in front of the computer - but were bent like pine trees in the wind.
In order to do something about it in a short time, she ordered the "Healthy back at work" training - during which I explained how the spine is built and why it is not designed for sitting, then I showed why a well-adjusted chair will save dozens of hours spent at orthopedic doctors due to pain in the neck, back or wrists. During the training, I show exercises that allow you to easily stretch your lower back, shoulder girdle, neck and arms during the day.
Thanks to the training conducted in this way, the company's employees regained their vigor, came to the office more often and stopped complaining about chronic back pain. After some time, in order to improve her team even more, Mrs. Ania arranged for me to cooperate on a permanent basis, so that I could visit their company once a month and sort out the backs of its employees.
